Our work with Amtrak Cascades started on the train, talking with passengers to understand the experience from their point-of-view. Then we went to work sharing that truth with an ever broadening audience. The insights from our research inspired a campaign that saw 12 months of year over year gains and broke several ridership records in Washington.
Amtrak is seeing ridership increases in other states as well. Oregon has already shown 15% and 20% increases in January and February of 2016 compared to the same period a year ago.
